Why Choose RESNYS?

See What Our Past Students Have To Say

For about 5 years I had been thinking about pursuing my Real Estate License. When COVID hit, I finally decided to go for it with no real understanding on the process. I was taking an online Real Estate course when I came across Home at Last. They did a free presentation for all Veterans at my company to teach them about predatory lending, VA mortgages, and licensing opportunities. From there, Home at Last really opened my eyes to the entire process and took me under their wing. They were there for me every step of the way from helping me prep for my test, finding the right broker for me to work for, and have stayed by my side ever since with referrals to help me sustain my business. I don’t know where I would be in my Real Estate journey without Home at Last!

Bobby Forloine, Real Estate Professional

I am so Happy I Took the Home at Last New York State 77 Hour Licensing Course and passed my NYS licensing Exam in February of 2023 . Preparing for your NYS Licensing Exam can be very daunting and at times overwhelming, Micheal, the course instructor, did a great job explaining everything I needed to know to pass my exam! Very attentive to any questions I had and made the course very accessible, I was able to take it via video instructions on my own time. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Jadaya Banks, Real Estate Professional

I attended Home at Last after researching various online real estate schools and am very happy that I did! The material seemed overwhelming at first but Michael Aharoni, our teacher, made it so much easier to comprehend. He always made sure that we all were on the same page and understood what he was teaching before moving onto the next chapter. He has a great sense of humor so time flew by and his test alerts were super helpful for the quizzes. It was a great class and I learned so much and didn’t have a problem passing my New York State real estate exam and becoming a real estate agent. I definitely recommend this school if you want the knowledge and tools to be a successful real estate agent.

Eileen Viglietta, Real Estate Professional

Being a licensed realtor is the easiest thing when you learn with Home at last. Michael is an outstanding teacher, he made the course extremely simple and timely. Taking the course on your own can be difficult and a pain to decipher what you actually need to know versus what you don’t. With that being said, Michael simplifies it to the meat and potatoes, no bullshit added so you can pass! If you’re in the market for a real estate course to take, look. no. further.

Rana Abdelfatah, Real Estate Professional

My name is Santacla Augustin and I’m a realtor at Coldwell Banker. I went to Home At Last for my real estate education. The class was fun, thorough and aimed at helping us pass our exam. I passed the exam the first and moved on.
